We at VSSCDI offers several technical support options to our clients to help resolve issues quickly and to reduce IT costs. Our VSSCDI technical support team takes pride in giving our clients excellent support and assistance. We are offering 2 Support Options – Stand Technical Support and Premium Technical Support.
Standard Technical Support
- Phone Support — Unlimited phone support from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday
- Email Support — Unlimited email support from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday
- Remote Support — Unlimited remote support from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday
- Onsite Support — Available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday within Metro Manila and Metro Cebu Only. Cut-off time is 2:00 PM request beyond the cut-off time will be considered as next business day.
Premium Support
- Phone Support — Phone support beyond 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM during weekends and holidays.
- Email Support — Email support beyond 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM during weekends and holidays.
- Remote Support — Remote support beyond 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM during weekends and holidays.
- Onsite Support — Onsite support beyond 2:00 PM or Cut-off time from Monday to Friday and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM during weekends and holidays.
- On-call Support — On-call support beyond 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM during weekends and holidays. Travel time will be included in the Premium Support 1st 3 hours.
Solution Specific Support
Rates Premium Support 1st 3 hours Php 3,000.00
Premium Support Succeeding hour Php 1,500.00
Note: Onsite support schedule beyond 6:00 PM will fall under Premium Support and it will start at 6:00 PM.
